How can yoga benefit your child? 

(For children from 7-12 years of age)

 

 

Introducing kids to yoga at a young age stimulates their spirit while assisting a peaceful and harmonious existence.

 

These classes are dynamic, fun and exciting while focusing on enabling a child to be healthy, strong, relaxed and confident.

 

Parents are welcome to create a class for up to four children and invite me to teach in a venue of their choice. This number is still small enough to ensure personal attention.
